Application
To apply for the mentorship program, complete the following steps:
1. Submit your Application
Fill out the form with your personal details, including your full name, email, phone number, and university information. You will also be asked to answer a short essay question about your specific goals and what you aim to accomplish with the support of a mentor.
2. Upload Required Documents
Along with the form, you’ll need to upload:

3. Introductory Interview

After reviewing your application, we will invite you for an introductory interview. This will be an informal conversation to discuss your motivation and ensure we match you with the most relevant mentor for your career goals.

Get Matched
Once your application and interview are complete, you will enter the matching phase. During this stage, we carefully review your background, goals, and interests to pair you with a mentor who aligns with your specific needs.
Introduction Call: This initial conversation is designed to set expectations, and establish a foundation for your mentorship journey. Talk about your short-term and long-term goals and how your mentor can assist you.

Goal-Oriented Approach: Each session will focus on specific goals you wish to achieve, whether related to career advice, skill development, or networking.
Feedback and Growth: Your mentor will provide constructive feedback to help you grow, while you are encouraged to regularly reflect on your progress.
