Who can apply for mentorship on MentorUP?Final-year university students with an interest in finance, business strategy and consulting are encouraged to apply. We prioritize candidates with a genuine interest in growing within these fields and who show dedication to their personal and professional development.

Can I choose my mentor?We do our best to match mentees with mentors who align with their career goals and interests. While you cannot directly select a mentor, we make matches based on areas of interest and expertise to ensure a productive mentorship experience.

How do I apply for mentorship?To apply, simply complete our application form on the MentorUp website. We’ll review your application and match you with a mentor if there’s a good fit based on your goals and the mentor’s expertise.

How are mentees selected?We review each application based on the applicant’s goals, motivation, and potential benefit from mentorship. Our selection process is designed to ensure that mentorship is allocated to students who will make the most of the opportunity.
